Job summary

CFS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Analyst to deliver monthly financial reporting, forecasts and budgets. The role offers exposure to treasury, capital projects, and cross-functional decision-making within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

You will perform financial modeling, variance analyses, and KPI monitoring while supporting audits and internal controls. A manufacturing background and strong GAAP knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to support decisions and performance.
• Process accounts receivable, invoicing, treasury activities, and related transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support month-end close activities.
• Partner with leadership to monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support audits, inventory counts, internal controls, compliance initiatives, and special projects.
