Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• CPA Designation preferred.
• Practice development / substantial professional networking experience.
• 10+ years of experience in public accounting audit, external reporting leadership, or technical accounting consulting.

• Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions and related activities.
• Oversee engagements to implement accounting transformation initiatives, update reporting bases, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Clean up financial information and implement accounting processes, policies, and procedures.
