Stout is seeking an experienced professional to lead Accounting & Reporting Advisory engagements for diverse clients from startups to large public companies. You will research, prepare client deliverables, and supervise reconciliations while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and industry standards.

As a post‑acquisition SME, you will contribute to integration efforts, develop accounting memoranda, and help shape the firm’s valuation and advisory services.

Formación

• Bachelor of Finance or Accounting required.
• 8+ years of finance process/ transformation experience.
• Experience with industries such as manufacturing, CPG, healthcare, financial services.
• Combination of audit and advisory experience.
• Post-acquisition transaction experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Accounting & Reporting Advisory engagements with primary responsibility for client deliverables.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and communicate with clients.
• Review complex contracts and conduct technical accounting research.
• Prepare accounting memoranda and policies.
