This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office collaboration. Travel up to 30% may be required; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field is needed, with CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting concepts with ability to research and analyze technical accounting matters.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with effective client communication and Crowe team collaboration.
• CPA license or progress toward licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute solutions to accounting and finance process issues and technical accounting matters.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships across industries.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders.
• Identify and address client concerns and assist in issue resolution.
• Perform accounting research and prepare analyses applying relevant guidance.
• Provide accounting and financial reporting support to clients.
• Develop technical accounting knowledge through engagements and teamwork.
• Assist with engagement planning and execution, including workpapers.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
• Assist clients in evaluating and implementing best practices for accounting operations.
• Stay informed of accounting developments and industry trends.
• Manage responsibilities across multiple engagements with deadlines and quality.
