Crowe is seeking an Accounting Advisory Manager to work with senior finance leaders across industries addressing complex accounting, financial reporting, and finance transformation challenges.

You will own engagements from planning through delivery, coach teams, and contribute to client relationships and market growth. Work arrangements may include remote, office, and client-site work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in accounting advisory, technical accounting, financial reporting, corporate finance, or external audit.
• Active CPA license.
• Experience leading engagements and developing accounting professionals.
• Ability to travel up to 30% annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex accounting advisory engagements from scoping through final delivery.
• Coach and develop engagement teams, manage client relationships and market growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide practical recommendations on accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Support proposals, thought leadership and business development activities.
