You will review vendor invoices, reconcile bank accounts, and manage payroll entries along with month-end close and reporting. Crowe offers growth within its audit, tax and consulting practices.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures for client financial statements.
• Complete full-cycle accounting activities, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Assist with payroll management through ADP, Gusto, or other payroll provider.

Responsibilities

• Monthly recurring accounting services for clients.
• Review vendor invoices for appropriate accounting recording.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions to general ledger.
• Record bank and credit card transactions to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Assist with payroll management through ADP, Gusto, or other payroll provider.
• Perform account reconciliations for all significant balance sheet accounts.
• Complete full-cycle accounting activities, including month-end close and reports.
• Prepare month-end financial reports including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and other reports.
• Prepare payroll entries and monthly accruals.
• Special projects such as cleanup, budgets and forecasts.
• Accounts payable processing.
• Accounts receivable processing.
• Prepare schedules for auditors and tax CPAs.
• Limited networking and relationship management.
