• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, corporate finance, public accounting, accounting advisory, or related field.
• CPA license or progress toward CPA licensure preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting and finance process improvements and technical accounting matters.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships across industries.
• Collaborate with multiple engagement teams and client stakeholders.
• Identify and address client concerns and assist in resolving issues.

• Provide accounting and financial reporting support to clients.

• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members as appropriate.
