Qualifications

At least five years of relevant accounting advisory experience.
Active CPA license.
Experience leading engagements and developing staff.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong communication.
Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting advisory engagements from scoping through final delivery, with accountability for objectives, staffing, timelines, budgets, risks, quality, and client communications.
Coach and develop engagement team members to build strong capabilities and succession.
Provide technical accounting guidance, write client-ready memoranda, and advise on complex transactions and reporting matters.
Support finance transformation, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration for clients across industries.
Contribute to market growth through proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.
