Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional to support clients with a range of tasks in accounting and finance functions. The role can function as Accounting Manager, Controller, or Project Manager, with responsibility for effective collaboration with client stakeholders.

You will oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, contribute to SEC reporting when needed, and work with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks or SAP.
• CPA preferred; Public Accounting experience preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Accounting Manager, Controller, or Project Manager for clients.
• Manage multiple client stakeholders.
• Prepare miscellaneous accounting reports.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
• Assist with SEC reporting and new ASC pronouncements.
