BDO USA, LLP is hiring for a role that supports clients with accounting, financial, and IT/ERP functions. You will work across staff accounting, reporting, and project support, handling close processes and due diligence as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of experience in professional services, strong Excel and ERP system skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's in accounting or finance preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1+ years of experience required.
• Experience with public, private, or private equity companies required.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support staff accountant, accounting support, project support, or other functions based on engagement needs.
• Track requests, deliverables, and follow-ups with multiple client contacts.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc accounting reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
• Assist with due diligence and audit or transaction-related requests.
• Support financial reporting including SEC schedules and documentation.
• Research accounting issues and assist with ASC 606 and ASC 842 guidance.
• Provide IT/ERP support including testing, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Travel up to 50%.
