operations in line with IFRS and GAAP. You will manage month-end close, general ledger, and statutory filings with cross-functional teams. The role requires 2–5 years in accounting, experience with multi-currency environments, and proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle GBS/EPM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of accounting experience; IFRS/GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in statutory reporting and audits in multi-currency contexts.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close, journal entries, accruals and closing activities.
• Analyze U.S. Burden and forecast Burden Cost.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Shared Services to drive process improvements.
• Manage multi-currency transactions and ERP data for reporting.
• Review reconciliations and ensure IFRS/GAAP alignment.
• Support annual statutory reporting and audits with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting policies in the US region.
