What You’ll Do

• Lead the month-end close: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations.
• Forecast and analyze U.S. Burden costs with IFRS precision.
• Partner with payroll, project accountants, and statutory teams to streamline reporting.
• Manage multi-currency transactions and ensure compliance.
• Review reconciliations, prep technical accounting docs, and support audits.
• Jump into special projects with the U.S. Controller.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years in accounting (public or industry); construction/engineering a plus.
• Strong IFRS + GAAP knowledge.
• ERP savvy (Oracle GBS, Oracle EPM FCC, or similar) + advanced Excel.
• Detail-driven, communicative, and collaborative.
