Responsibilities

Perform advanced fiscal and accounting duties (AP/AR, reconciliations, grant billing, cost allocations).
Prepare accurate financial reports and analyze data for trends and improvements.
Monitor workloads, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations (NRS, NAC, HIPAA).
Provide supervision and development for clerical/technical staff; coach and evaluate performance.
Manage federal draw downs and grant monies; track costs and prepare vouchers.
