Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting team. You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the company and its affiliates, and support training for staff.
You will lead the annual audit, ensure GAAP compliance, and perform analyses to support reporting decisions. A CPA or CPA candidacy is required, with strong internal controls knowledge and public accounting experience.

In this key role, you will be responsible for the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates.
The Senior Accountant will be an emerging leader who will support other staff members in their training and development, including reviewing their work for necessary corrections or revisions. The Senior Accountant will develop strong working relationships that will support effective communication and accuracy, with a focus on customer service and delivery due dates.
Compensation: $95,000 - 105,000 per year plus eligibility for annual bonus.
