Erickson Senior Living in Catonsville, MD is seeking a Development Manager to monitor, drive, and report on design and construction plans for assigned projects, in alignment with management guidance. The role also serves as a liaison among design consultants, contractors, and community and corporate teams.
You will manage budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and construction meetings; review pay applications and turnover.
Location: Erickson Senior Living Join our Real Estate and Development team as a Development Manager who will monitor, drive, manage, and report on the design and construction plans for the assigned development projects in accordance with the plan outlined by management. This position will also serve as a liaison and point of contact between design consultants, contractors, community and corporate teams, and manager for overall communication on progress and status on the project(s).
Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
This position is based in our Catonsville, MD office with travel to project sites as required. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.
