Predactiv, Inc. is a data and technology company transforming data assets through an AI-driven platform. We seek a finance professional to own AP day-to-day operations and support the month-end close with invoicing, revenue recognition, and accruals.

The role requires CPA, 5+ years in accounting including audit firm and tech company experience, and strong NetSuite and Expensify skills. You will ensure balance sheet accuracy and contribute to annual audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

• BS or above degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA required.
• 5+ years in accounting, with experience at both an audit firm and a technology company.
• Excellent skills using NetSuite.
• Familiar with Expensify or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• High standard of work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Own AP day-to-day operations.
• Audit and approve Expensify reports.
• Play a key role in month end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids and accruals.
• Responsible for balance sheet and income statement accounts reconciliation.
• Coordinate on subsidiary accounting.
• Participate in the annual financial audit and corporate tax filing.
• Maintain ERP systems.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.
