Job summary

Predactiv is a data and technology company using an AI-driven platform to transform data assets for smarter marketing decision making. The Senior Accountant will own accounts payable, support month-end close, and manage ERP maintenance in a fast-growing tech environment.

With 5+ years in accounting plus CPA, you will reconcile balance sheet and income statements, assist in audits and tax filings, and coordinate subsidiary accounting across entities.

Qualifications

• BS or above degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years in accounting with audit firm and tech company experience.
• Excellent NetSuite skills.
• Familiarity with Expensify or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• High standard of work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Own AP day to day operations.
• Audit & approve Expensify reports.
• Play a key role in month end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids and accruals.
• Responsible for balance sheet and income statement accounts reconciliation.
• Coordinate on subsidiary accounting.
• Participate in the annual financial audit & corp. tax filing.
• Maintain ERP systems.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.
