The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to join our Financial Reporting and SEC team. This hands-on role focuses on preparing the Company’s SEC filings, consolidated financial statements, earnings materials, and other reporting deliverables, reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong U.S. GAAP foundation, public company reporting experience, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA.
• 3+ years Big 4 or national public accounting experience, or 5+ years of progressive financial reporting in a public company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SEC filings and external reporting materials.
• Consolidate multi-entity financial statements and prepare reporting packages.
• Handle ASC 842 lease accounting and related schedules.
• Support SOX controls and respond to audit requests.
