The Cheesecake Factory seeks a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to join our SEC and Financial Reporting team. You will prepare SEC filings, consolidate financials, and support external reporting for a public company with strong GAAP foundational knowledge and a detail‑oriented mindset.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Operations to deliver accurate information on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. A CPA or active pursuit is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or national public accounting, or 5+ years of progressive financial reporting with a public company.
• Experience with public accounting or a multi-entity reporting environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience preparing SEC filings (Forms 10-Q/10-K).
• Experience with monthly/quarterly/annual close and reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain schedules for quarterly and annual SEC reporting.
• Draft tie-outs for SEC filings and public documents (10-Qs/10-Ks/8-Ks).
• Manage multi-entity monthly consolidation and reporting packages.
• Prepare ASC 842 lease accounting entries and supporting schedules.
• Support internal/external auditors and SOX compliance.
• Maintain financial reporting system mappings and data integrations into the GL.
