Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant for a fast-growing software company that operates fully remote across the US East Coast. The role focuses on owning key accounting processes, improving efficiency through automation, and partnering with cross-functional teams to scale financial operations.

You will lead month-end close, manage AP/AR, and support audits while leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI/automation to improve accounting processes.

Responsabilités

• Support the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, credit card expenses, reimbursements, travel policies, and vendor payments.
• Oversee accounts receivable collections and aging to minimize DSO.
• Review monthly sales tax returns and assist with audits and tax processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and AI tools.
• Collaborate with accounting systems (Rillet, Anrok, Stripe, Brex) to improve efficiency.
