Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years in accounting, SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Strong GAAP knowledge with month-end close, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with interest in AI/automation.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally on a lean team.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end close, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable, credit card expenses, reimbursements, and vendor payment controls.
• Manage accounts receivable collections, monitor aging, and proactively address payment issues.
• Review sales tax filings and support annual audit and tax processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows through technology, AI, and automation.
