Enrollment123 Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the month-end close and AR functions within a lean finance team.

This role ensures the integrity of financial information, supports internal controls, and contributes to ongoing billing automation and process improvements across a multi-entity structure. You will collaborate with the Senior Director of Finance, external auditors and tax accountants, and other departments to deliver accurate and timely financials, including intercompany

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close – lead the close process and implement improvements.
• Billing and Accounts Receivable – manage end-to-end invoicing and collections across multiple entities; support billing automation.
• Accounts Payable – ensure timely payments and accurate expense coding; manage vendor relationships.
• General Ledger and Account Reconciliation – oversee ledger and ensure accuracy.
• Audit – assist with external audits and prepare schedules.
• Tax – ensure multi-state indirect tax compliance and other filings; monitor nexus.
• Intercompany and Multi-Entity Accounting – manage intercompany transactions across Enrollment123 Inc. and Unified TPA; ensure eliminations are complete.
• Financial Reporting Support – prepare inputs and schedules for monthly management reporting; include variance analysis.
• Process Improvement and Automation – leverage AI to automate accounting processes.
