Job summary

Connections Health Solutions, a leading provider of behavioral health crisis care, seeks a Senior Accountant to support financial close, grant reporting, and revenue/billing processes in a fully remote role across the United States.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and general ledger systems skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• CPA preferred or in progression.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly results versus budget and provide variance analytics.
• Manage monthly market billing process and invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and collections.
• Prepare grant-related financial reporting and documentation.
• Serve as liaison for government agencies and funding partners.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate revenue recognition and grant compliance.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct month-end close.
• Support annual financial statement audits.
