Connections Health Solutions is a leading behavioral health crisis care provider. We seek a Senior Accountant to support financial close, analyze variances, and manage grant reporting. You will work with government partners and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and controls.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical thinking, and clear communication, with a fully remote arrangement across listed US states, including Minnesota. Strong GAAP competency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word, and general ledger systems.
• The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results and provide variance analytics.
• Manage monthly market billing process and ensure timely invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and support collections.
• Prepare grant-related financial reporting in compliance with funding rules.
• Serve as accounting liaison for government agencies and partners.
