Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, with strong GAAP knowledge and Excel proficiency. Real estate, construction, or logistics experience is a plus; Yardi/Bill.com experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience is required.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting systems.
• Yardi and/or Bill.com experience is a plus.
• Experience in real estate, construction, development, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Conduct balance sheet and bank reconciliations with accuracy.
• Support cash management activities and forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate fluctuations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accounting policy adherence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights.
• Assist with process improvements and internal controls.
