Job summary

You will support journal entries, reconciliations, budgeting, variance analysis, and ensure accurate statements. CPA or CPA candidate is a plus; construction/project industry experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• CPA designation or CPA candidate preferred.
• Experience in the construction, engineering, or other project-based industries is a plus.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities
