kept.pro is seeking an accurate, systematic accounting professional to join our client-focused team. Use your 4+ years of accounting experience to perform accrual-based bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, follow our month-end close, and prepare financial statements for clients.

You will manage multiple entities, handle A/R and A/P cycles, payroll, and sales tax, and act as the primary client communicator while identifying discrepancies and improving processes with technology.

Qualifications

• 4+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with accrual accounting and monthly close processes.
• Experience serving multiple clients/entities.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting functions in QuickBooks Online and other platforms.
• Lead the monthly close and prepare client financial statements.
• Maintain Balance Sheet schedules and reconcile payroll liabilities.
• Process A/R and A/P cycles, payroll, and sales tax.
• Serve as primary client communicator and support junior staff.
