Oratomic, located onsite in Pasadena, CA, seeks a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day books, close the month, handle billing, AP, and reconcile bank, card, and payroll accounts. Work with the head of operations and outside CPA in a collaborative team with scientists and engineers.

The role requires several years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably at a startup or R&D company, and comfort with QuickBooks and Ramp. Equity and visa sponsorship are offered.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally at a startup or R&D company.
• Comfortable with QuickBooks, Ramp or similar tools.
• Wants to build a quantum computer.

Responsibilities

• Run the monthly close.
• Manage billing.
• Handle accounts payable (AP).
• Reconcile bank, card and payroll accounts.
