Job summary

Oratomic seeks a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day books, run the monthly close, oversee billing, accounts payable, and reconcile bank, card and payroll accounts. You will work with our head of operations and outside CPA to keep numbers accurate and ready for use.

This role suits someone with hands-on accounting experience, ideally in startup or R&D settings, and comfort with QuickBooks and Ramp.

Oratomic is on a mission to build the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer. We're looking for a Senior Accountant to manage operations of our books day to day: run the monthly close, manage billing, handle AP, and reconcile our bank, card and payroll accounts. You'll work closely with our head of operations and our outside CPA, and with a team of scientists and engineers buying a lot of complex equipment, to keep our numbers accurate and ready whenever we need them.

Pay and benefits

Posted base pay is $140,000 – $200,000 a year.
