Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred, not required.
• Experience with full-cycle close.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Variance Analysis support or ownership.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records, including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and depreciation.
• Analyze financial statements and investigate variances.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Review cash flow analysis and banking reconciliations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as a mentor/reviewer for junior accounting staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Payroll, AP/AR, and other departments to resolve accounting issues.
