Job summary

GinnoConstruction is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, job costing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role partners with the Controller to drive process improvements and help scale operations as the company grows across Idaho, Montana, and Washington.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, proactive Senior Accountant with strong accounting knowledge.
• Experience with AP/AR, payroll, job costing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the company values and maintain attendance, punctuality and professional conduct.
• Handle Accounts Payable: invoice processing, vendor compliance, and reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Receivable: billings, collections, and unbilled revenue reconciliations.
• Process payroll accurately and on time; manage payroll deductions and related reports.
• Maintain general ledger close, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Support process improvements and automation with Controller.
