Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong general ledger and month-end close experience
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Strong Excel and accounting system skills

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and analyze account activity
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support audits, internal controls, and accounting compliance
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and special projects
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role develops toward future Controller-level leadership
