Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Strongsville, OH seeks an Accountant to join our team. You will perform full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, financial statement prep, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance, collaborating with Operations, Risk, HR, and Real Estate teams.

This role offers growth toward a Controller level with exposure to multi-unit operations. Typical hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with possible overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
• Conduct audit evaluations.
• Complete bank reconciliations and prepare account schedules.
• Process accounts payables and receivables in a timely manner.
• Train and develop staff as needed.
• Coordinate with departments to control costs.
