Job summary

All American Shutters & Glass in West Palm Beach, FL on-site is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the monthly close, GAAP-based financial reporting, and general ledger integrity. The role partners with the CFO to deliver audit-ready financials and actionable insights, with heavy emphasis on NetSuite ERP, advanced Excel, and process improvements.

You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and prepare financial statements, while mentoring junior staff and strengthening

Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or home services environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full monthly close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-based financial reporting.
Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries with supporting documentation.
Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in GAAP.
Act as primary accounting liaison for external auditors and tax advisors.
Provide mentorship to junior accounting staff and strengthen internal controls.
