Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4–5 years of accounting experience, including equity-owned organizations.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience (GL, Fixed Assets, AP/AR, reporting).
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls at a growth-focused company.
• Experience in multi-entity organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
• Ensure general ledger accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Support internal/external financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist with audits, board/investor reporting, and lender requests.
• Drive process improvements and NetSuite reporting efficiencies.
• Collaborate with FP&A, HR, and Operations on cross-functional needs.
• Participate in system upgrades, optimizations, or acquisitions.
