The position covers budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ERP system enhancements with Sage Intacct and NetSuite, contributing to site-level P&L and EBITDA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes across all entities.
• Prepare complex journal entries including accruals and allocations with supporting documentation.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) in accordance with GAAP.
• Reconcile daily cash, intercompany, and bank reconciliations; safeguard against discrepancies.
• Assist external audits and prepare schedules; support regulatory filings as needed.
