Job summary

National Pride Equipment Car Wash Superstore is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead complex month-end close, prepare GAAP financial statements, and manage reconciliations across multiple entities. The role requires strong analytical skills and ERP experience with Sage Intacct and NetSuite.

You will guide junior staff, strengthen internal controls, and partner with operations to deliver accurate reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis for site and regional performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and/or NetSuite ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes across entities.
• Prepare complex journal entries and reconciliations with supporting documentation.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) per GAAP.
• Reconcile revenue between POS and GL to ensure accurate recognition.
• Perform balance-sheet, bank, and intercompany reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support external audits with schedules and data requests.
• Provide variance analysis and management reporting for site operations and regional performance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Improve internal controls and ERP processes across Sage Intacct and NetSuite.
