Job summary

Benevis, headquartered in the United States, is seeking a Senior Accountant for a hybrid role based in Atlanta. You will manage multi-entity close processes, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with finance leadership to deliver accurate financial reporting.

The position supports acquisitions, intercompany activity, and investor reporting in a fast-paced PE environment. Your work will require strong technical accounting skills, meticulous detail, and the ability to handle complex transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA, MBA, or Master’s in Accounting preferred in PE environments.
• 2-5 years accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-entity or PE-backed environments preferred.
• Prior DSO or healthcare accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger across multiple entities.
• Assist with audit schedules and external audits.
• Perform variance analysis and management reporting packages.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and ERP implementations.
