Job summary

PSA BDP is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for the US entity and four subsidiaries. You will ensure data integrity, accurate financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and strict adherence to US GAAP. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, multi-entity exposure, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; multi-entity exposure.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute full cycle monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for US entity and four subsidiaries.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger with high accuracy.
• Generate monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Perform P&L variance analyses to explain financial fluctuations.
• Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure audit readiness.
• Manage intercompany invoices creation, distribution, and reconciliation.
• Track intercompany loans receivable and payable across entities.
• Facilitate external audits with schedules, workflows, and documentation.
• Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity.
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and data modeling.
