Qualifications

• Strong experience in general accounting, payroll, AP, and reconciliations.
• Payroll processing, payroll tax withholdings, and reporting.
• General ledger reconciliations and supporting financial workpapers.
• Cash management and bank reconciliation knowledge.
• Ability to manage accounting responsibilities across multiple entities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting processes for assigned business entities.
• Oversee accounts payable activities and payments.
• Support accounts receivable activities and reconciliations.
• Perform general ledger reviews and maintain financial records.
• Manage cash accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly and year-end accounting workpapers.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and ESOP-related books.
• Assist with audits and COINS ERP system maintenance.
