LHH Recruitment Solutions in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Accountant to support a multi-entity organization with a blend of GL accounting, month-end close, payroll, and audit support. The role emphasizes cross-functional finance and HR collaboration, with responsibilities spanning journal entries, reconciliations, payroll reporting, and special ERP projects.

Candidates will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years of accounting experience, and ideally a CPA or public accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 4+ years’ progressive accounting experience required.
• Complex Payroll experience preferred.
• Foundation in public accounting preferred.
• CPA preferred.
