The role emphasizes ownership of balance sheet accounts, intercompany activities, and process improvements across ERP systems, with a focus on controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across multiple entities.
• Partner with entity finance teams and operational leaders to resolve accounting issues timely.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances on balance sheets and income statements.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting per U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Maintain ownership of balance sheet accounts and reconciling items.
• Manage intercompany accounting across legal entities and consolidation support.
• Oversee capital expenditure tracking, fixed asset accounting, and project accounting.
