Job summary

Skild AI in the United States is hiring a Senior Accountant to lead hands-on accounting across AP, AR, payroll, and GL for US and international entities. You will work with the US Controller and Finance leadership to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

You will own month-end close, ASC 606 revenue recognition considerations, payroll processing for India, and intercompany reconciliations, while driving process improvements in the finance stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 5-8 years of hands-on accounting experience, with 2-3 years in a full-cycle role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and US GAAP (ASC 606).
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices end-to-end and manage weekly payment runs.
• Code AP to correct cost centers and GL accounts in ERP.
• Generate customer invoices and reconcile AR in QuickBooks.
• Coordinate revenue recognition under ASC 606 with US Controller.
• Own collections and monitor DSO trends for the Controller.
• Manage GL for the India subsidiary and monthly reconciliations.
• Lead India entity month-end and quarter-end close.
• Process payroll for India-based employees and statutory deductions.
• Maintain audit-ready US GAAP documentation and support auditors.
