Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Senior Accountant to support monthly close and financial reporting for multiple brands in Carlsbad, CA. The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work across ERP systems in a fast-paced setting.

You will report to the Global Accounting Manager and work on-site at the Carlsbad office, contributing to process improvements and ensuring accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for month-end close.
• Analyze financial results and variances to forecast.
• Support improvements to close processes and accounting policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across brands and ERP systems.
• Assist internal and external audits.
