Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting with 4+ years of experience and a preference for CPA licensure. Strong analytical skills and ERP proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Active CPA license is preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting experience required.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance preferred.
• Former Audit and M&A experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and technical skills are required.
• Proficient in Oracle or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close calendar and journal entries related to assigned areas.
• Prepare GL reconciliations and resolve open items promptly.
• Support US fixed assets functions including roll forward and asset transfers.
• Maintain monthly trial balances, financials, and consolidation processes.
• Assist with the annual external audit and footnotes per US GAAP.
• Mentor team members and improve internal controls.
• Update processes to align with new accounting guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive patient care and business solutions.
