• Analyzes trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
• Reports organization's finances to management and makes recommendations about resource utilization and budget assumptions.
• Ensures financial records are maintained in compliance with GAAP.
• Prepares accounting memos detailing GAAP research and recommendations.
• Resolves accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Ensures accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses, including tenant/sub-tenant accounting.
