Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing/industrial
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal control principles
• ERP systems experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills including Power Query and financial modeling
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement, automation, and paperless workflow initiatives
• Ability to work in both office and industrial settings

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by reviewing transactions and resolving discrepancies
• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts; investigate variances
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
• Support internal controls, policies, regulatory compliance, and audits
• Provide accounting support for inventory, cost accounting, fixed assets, and manufacturing operations
• Serve as a key user for ERP systems, including Dynamics 365, supporting system enhancements
• Lead or support finance projects focused on automation and process optimization
• Develop and maintain financial analyses, reports, and models using Excel and reporting tools
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to improve accounting accuracy
