Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing financial plans and forecasts.
• Monitor working capital, inventory levels, and asset utilization.
• Prepare financial analyses for capital project evaluations.
• Analyze variances and trends for actionable insights.
• Oversee daily accounting activities including the general ledger.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain strong internal controls for compliance.
• Supervise assigned Accounting team members.
• Partner with other departments to align financial and business objectives.
