Job summary

The successful candidate will analyze financial results, support audits, and drive process improvements with advanced Excel and reporting tools, while collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing or multi-site environment.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal control principles.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by reviewing transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and investigate variances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Support internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Provide accounting support for inventory, cost accounting, fixed assets, and manufacturing operations.
• Serve as a key user for ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Lead or support finance projects focused on automation and process improvements.
• Develop financial analyses, reports, and models using Excel and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to improve accounting accuracy.
