Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solutions-oriented mindset; comes with recommendations in addition to questions.
• Self-starter with solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities or shifting project needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Prepare entries to general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
• Generate continuous improvement ideas to reduce complexity and improve accuracy across accounting processes.
• Prepare and/or review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring activity is accurate and reconciling items are cleared timely.
• Provide management teams with accurate and timely financial analysis, including scenarios, options, and recommendations as needed.
• Assist with the integration of acquisitions and the appropriate accounting treatment of divestitures.
